3. About how to go through the “visa free access” at Beijing airport

Please see details at: https://www.beijinglayovertour.com/beijing-layover-tour-tips/.

Even you fit all the policies above, the immigration officers still have right to object you for some reasons (sometimes they will tell you the reason sometimes they don’t).

If you want to be 100% sure, please apply for the visa in advance in Chinese Embassy.

We found some reasons that cause you can not obtain the Visa-free.

1. The validity of your passport less than 3 months.

2. Worked or been to Iraq, Turkey, Pakistan.

There must be more reasons but we just don’t know yet. (The latest updated on Jan. 2, 2019)

As a tour company, if we agree to arrange tour for you that is means your flights information, layover time and your nationality fit the visa free policy requirements.

But there are still some other issues might happen that might cause you can not obtain the visa-free or can not get out of the airport.

We don’t take any responsibility if it happens. And according to our private tour refund policy, we will deduct our tour guide and driver airport transfer cost accordingly and refund the rest of tour fee to you. (Most companies are non-refundable)

Hope for your understanding!

I have a ticket from Istanbul to Melbourne with two transfers in China , first is Beijing second is Guangzhou. Total time in China is not over 24 hours. I have a Australian visa and I am a Turkish citizen. So am I eligible for 24 hours twov?

      Hi Captain,

Sorry, we do not think you can get the visa free stamp and get out of airport. But you can stay in the airport. You can try to apply the visa free when you landing Beijing.

I’m planning to visit Beijing and Philippines next year.

Due to our flight times, we will have a 13-hour-long Transit on our way to Philippines, as well as a four-days-long stay after our time in the Philippines (about 3 weeks later).

Do you know, if it is possible to use the 144 hour visa free stay TWICE (on our way to the Philippines AND back), so that we can do a layover tour during our 13 hour Transit and come back three weeks later for a longer stay?

    Thank you very much!

      Hi Svenja,

According to your flight itinerary, you can get the visa free twice.

We have to know your flights times, then we will know which tours are suitable for you.
