Tour Description: At Beijing Capital airport be met by our private guide and driver. Take about 1 hour’s drive from Beijing Airport to Mutianyu Great Wall and hike on the wall as long as you can. Mutianyu Great Wall is one popular section of the Great Wall but less crowded than other sections, well-known for its beautiful surroundings-the dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of the year. After the tour, transfer you back to airport.
Tour Itinerary:
~Pick you up in time from Beijing Capital airport (PEK) or your hotel by our private tour guide and driver
~Drive to Mutianyu Great Wall (1 hour)
~Visit Mutianyu Great Wall (2-3 hours, you can decide to stay longer or shorter time)
~Transfer you back to Beijing Capital airport (PEK) or your hotel (1 hour)
If your time allows and you would like to have lunch, we can take you to local restaurant, please pay the meal cost on your own

Hello, I will be visiting Beijing on a layover on Feb. 16 and 17, 2018 with 3 friends. We are hoping to visit the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall on the morning of the 17th.
We will arrive in Beijing at 4:15 PM on the 16th from South Korea, but I know that is too late to start the tour. Is it possible to begin a tour early the next morning (the 17th), say at 7:00 AM, and still make it back to the airport in time to catch a 3:00 PM flight to the US? We could meet you at the airport at 7:00 AM or you could pick us up at our hotel, whichever works best for you….as long as you return us to the airport before 1:00 PM. Do you think this is possible? Please let me know, and I will be glad to book the tour with you!

Also, if we need to, we could start earlier than 7:00 and add Tiananmen Square/Forbidden City to the tour as well, if you think there is enough time. Just let me know what you think is possible, and we will try to work out the schedule.

Yes, we can pick you up from your hotel on Feb. 17, 2018 morning. And transfer you to airport after the tour.
But you can only visit the Great Wall. Since the Forbidden City opens at 8:30am. And there is 1.5 hours drive distance between the Great Wall and the Forbidden City.

We (a group of 3) arrive at PEK on Tuesday January the 23rd at 12:00 and depart at 00:40 on the next day (12 hours and 40 minutes layover). Do we have enough time to do a private tour of Mutianyu Great Wall and Tiananmen Square?
I realise that the Forbidden City will be closed by the time we get there if we go to Mutianyu first, but we’d still rather visit Tiananmen Square as well rather than just Mutianyu. Or could you recommend a better itinerary for us?

Our landing time in PEK is 6:20 AM, and our next flight will leave from PEK at 12:00 PM. Would it be possible for us to do this tour? We’d be ok with a shorter stay at the wall, too.

Sorry, we do not think you will have time to do a tour. Since the airport have changed the get through process. There are two queues you have to wait, you first go to the first queue for a visa free stamp then go to the second queue for immigration permit. It will take longer time than before.
