Know Before You Book
1. This tour is suitable for your arrival at Beijing airport at Beijing time before 5AM and departs at 1PM Beijing time or later.
2. No reservation or payment required in advance. Just book & pay at our counter. About how to find our counter, please follow our instructions step by step at: https://www.beijinglayovertour.com/how-go-get-the-visa-free-permit-at-beijing-airport/ (It is very important, because many tourists got lost in the airport).
3. Our counter working time is 6am-2pm daily. (The visa-free line is very long in winter, so please follow our instructions to apply it as soon as you landing.)
4. Please use USD or CNY cash to make payment. If you would like to pay by your credit card, please book this tour in advance.
5. This tour itinerary and duration is fixed, if this tour time frame is not suitable for you or you would like to visit other attractions. You can book our private tour in advance.
6. If you have more than 3 people, we suggest you book Mutianyu Great Wall private tour in advance, which is more flexible and cheaper.

I have emailed you regarding a private tour on the first leg of my journey in December, but on the way back in Jan, I arrive into Beijing at 04:30am and leave at 14:30pm which I believe will allow me enough time for this group tour?

We do not think you can meet our guide at 7am if you book this group tour. We suggest you book a private tour, we can pick you up from airport at 7am and transfer you back to airport at 11:30. You will have enough time to do the tour and catch your next flight.

I have two layovers in Beijing, first in October from 15.25 to 01.10 AM.
The second one is in November from 04.40 to 12.20.
I’m a single traveller but I’m OK with paying for private tour if I have to. Do you think the join-in tour to Great wall (07-11 AM) on my second layover would be doable? Can you recommend something else?

According to your departure flight time, you would have to back to airport at 10:30 at least. So we do not think the group tour is suitable. We just sent you an email about the private tour, please check.

According to your arrival time, we cannot make sure that you can meet our guide at 7am. It is up to how many people wait in line to get the visa free. It is out of our control.
According to our group tour policy, if you did not show up on time at the meeting point, we will go on with our tour. But we will refund 50% tour fee to you.
If you want to make sure that you can visit the Great Wall, I suggest you to book our private tour. So even if you will be late our guide and driver will still wait for you.
