~Visit Forbidden City (13:00-15:00)
~Transfer you back to the airport (15:00-16:00)

Know Before You Book
1. This tour is suitable for your arrival at Beijing airport at Beijing time before 6AM and departs at 6PM Beijing time or later.
2. According to the latest of Forbidden City policy, we have to book the entrance ticket of the Forbidden City at least 1 day in advance, so please book this tour online in advance.
3. This tour itinerary and duration is fixed, if this tour time frame is not suitable for you or you would like to visit other attractions. Please consider book a private tour.
4. If you have more than 3 people, we suggest you book Mutianyu Great Wall & Forbidden City private tour in advance, which is more flexible and cheaper.

– What type of coat is provided for the tour, and do we need to request it separately?
– When and how should we register for the tour? Some sources mention registration one day in advance, while others say it can be done upon arrival. Could you clarify the correct process?
– What happens if our flight is delayed and we are unable to make it to the meeting point on time (do you refund the price, it pre-paying is necessary)?

The entrance tickets of the Forbidden City are limited, so according to our tour booking policy, please book and pay the tour as soon as you can. If you want to cancel the tour or your flight is delayed, please inform us 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. then we will refund the full tour fee to you.
We will bring long heavy coats for you to use. You do not need to request it separately.

Hello, I would like to reserve a slot but am unsure of which time slot to pick (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm). I arrive in Beijing at 6am and have my flight to my destination at 7pm. Does the emigration take more than 2h?

Normally, 2 hours is enough to go through the immigration and meet our tour guide if your flight arrive in Beijing on time.

Normally, you will take about 2 hours to apply for the transit visas and go through the immigration to meet our tour guide. But it is all up to how long the queue. To make sure that you can join the tour, we suggest you choose a later group to join.
