Tour Description: Beijing Capital airport (PEK) pick-up by our private guide & vehicle; Our English-speaking tour guide will hold a sign with your name on at the exit of the airport. Take about 1 hour drive to the Mutianyu Great Wall in our private vehicle. Mutianyu Great Wall is known as the most beautiful section of Great Wall and less crowded. Cable car up and toboggan slide down is optional. 2-2.5 hours stay at the wall. Then drive to the city center. Visit the world’s largest imperial palace complex-Forbidden City, palace ever lived by 24 Chinese emperors. After the trip, transfer back to airport for departure.
Tour Itinerary:
~Pick you up in time from Beijing Capital airport (PEK) or your hotel by our English-speaking tour guide and driver
~Drive to the foot of the wall directly, no shuttle buses needed, save time & money (1 hour)
~Visit Mutianyu Great Wall (2-2.5 hours, you can decide to stay longer or shorter time)
~Drive to Forbidden City (1.5 hours)
~Visit Tiananmen Square (0.5 hour)
~Visit Forbidden City (2-2.5 hours, you can decide to stay longer or shorter time)
~Transfer you back to Beijing Capital airport (PEK) or your hotel (1 hour)
If your time allows and you would like to have lunch, we can take you to local restaurant, please pay the meal cost on your own

5. Some websites just supply an English speaking driver using the personal car. This is not allowed in China. The vehicles need to be tourism qualification certificate of operating vehicles. Your tour will be ruined if this behavior be founded by officials.
We supply a professional driver and a car with licence as well as a professional English speaking licensed tour guide, both of them work for you. We will make sure you can enjoy a safe tour with professional English interpretation both during driving and in attractions, and would not waste your time for parking. Our driver will make sure your luggage is safe while you are not in the car.

According to your arrival time, if you would like to visit both the Great Wall and the Forbidden City, we have to take you to visit the Forbidden City first. Because the Forbidden City will stop entering at 15:30 in winter. And the Great Wall will stop entering at 17:00.
If you would like to spend more time in the city area, we recommend you visit the Great Wall and the Old Beijing City Hutong area, which is the local people’s living area, there are many local shops and restaurants.

We (two of us) land at PEK T3, on 9/9/2026 at 5:25AM and have a room booked at Cordis hotel. The layover is 21h 30m.
1. Can the pick up time be arranged? We don’t think we will be able to clear immigration, pick up luggage and check in at the hotel before 9AM. It could be even later if the flight is late. So most likely 10AM would be the earliest start.
2. We have never done any PayPal payments. Are there any alternatives? If not please advise what we need to do.
3. Any other information relevant for a day trip like this that you can provide?

Hello, we are interested in booking the private tour including Great Wall and Forbidden City. We are currently scheduled to arrive at 05:40 am in PEK airport (Terminal 3). Departure flight is scheduled for 00:25 am, but ideally we are back at the airport before 20:00 pm. These are our questions:
– what time could you arrange a pick up? This does not need to be earliest possible time, just please let us know if you have some fixed pick-up or if this is agreed individually.
– since we have to pay meals and other expenses by ourselves, what is best practice to have get some money or pay in China?
– are you monitoring flight status to check possible delays? (we can provide flight number)
– how exactly does the Paypal payment work?
– do we require any (one day) Visa for this trip? We have Luxembourgish and Czech passports.
