1. This tour is suitable for your arrival at Beijing airport at Beijing time before 5AM and departs at 1PM Beijing time or later.
2. No reservation or payment required in advance. Just book & pay at our counter. About how to find our counter, please follow our instructions step by step at: https://www.beijinglayovertour.com/how-go-get-the-visa-free-permit-at-beijing-airport/ (It is very important, because many tourists got lost in the airport).
3. Our counter working time is 6am-2pm daily. (The visa-free line is very long in winter, so please follow our instructions to apply it as soon as you landing.)
4. Please use USD or CNY cash to make payment. If you would like to pay by your credit card, please book this tour in advance.
5. This tour itinerary and duration is fixed, if this tour time frame is not suitable for you or you would like to visit other attractions. You can book our private tour in advance.
6. If you have more than 3 people, we suggest you book Mutianyu Great Wall private tour in advance, which is more flexible and cheaper.

We arranged many tours for Philippine passport holders without visa. But the airport have right to stop you in the airport without any reason even was happened for the US passport holders. So if you want to be 100% sure, please apply for a visa in advance.

Hello, me and my partner will arrive from Los Angeles in Beijing airport at 5:20 am and depart at 2:05 pm the same day, do we have enough time to make it to the 7 am tour and back?

Thank you for contacting us!
Since the airport have changed the get through process. There are two queues you have to wait, you first go to the first queue for a visa free stamp then go to the second queue for immigration permit. It will take longer time than before.
So we do not think you can meet our guide at 7am.
According to our group tour policy: If you did not show up on time at the meeting point, we will go on with our tour. We will refund 50% tour fee to you.
I recommend you book our private tour, our private tour guide and driver will wait for you till show up.

I’m arriving at Beijing airport at 0:35am Terminal 2. Do I need to go through customs, since I’m coming from an inland flight?
Do you have a place in the tour on Thursday 7th Dec. available?
My plain will leave at Terminal 3 for international flight at 1:55 pm is this time enough to get back and through security check etc.?

If you take a domestic flight to Beijing, you do not need to go though customs. According to the tour itinerary, we will transfer you back to airport at 11am. So you will have enough time to catch your flight.
But our group tour departure with minimum of 2 people. We do not have anyone book this tour, so this tour is not available yet. We will keep you posted.
