Hello,
Is it possible to join a small group tour (fixed tour schedule) only upon arrival at Starbucks T3 meeting point and pay for the tour price with the tour guide? This would alleviate any stress if my flight is late and I cannot advise in advance to cancel while in the air.
Thank you.
Hi Pat,
Thank you for contacting us!
According to our group tour booking policy, you would have to pay the tour fee in advance. If your flight is cancelled or delayed, please email or call us 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Then we will refund you in full.
We think this way is reasonable.
How long does it typically take from the plane landing to meeting up at the Starbucks?
