Tour Description: Airport pickup by our private guide who will hold a sign with your name on at the arrival hall. Drive to the beautiful royal garden Summer Palace to trace the past leisure life of Chinese emperors. Then head for the Beijing Zoo to see the cute pandas. Back to airport after the trip.
Tour Itinerary:
~Be met your tour guide at Beijing airport arrival hall (You will need about 1 hour to finish the custom clearance and get out)
~Drive to Summer Palace (1 hour)
~Visit Summer Palace (2-2.5 hours, , you can decide to stay longer or shorter time)
~Transfer to Beijing Zoo (0.5 hour)
~Visit Pandas (1 hour)
~Drive back to airport (1 hour)

5. Some websites just supply an English speaking driver using the personal car. This is not allowed in China. The vehicles need to be tourism qualification certificate of operating vehicles. Your tour will be ruined if this behavior be founded by officials.
We supply a professional driver and a car with licence as well as a professional English speaking licensed tour guide, both of them work for you. We will make sure you can enjoy a safe tour with professional English interpretation both during driving and in attractions, and would not waste your time for parking. Our driver will make sure your luggage is safe while you are not in the car.

I would arrive at 4:50am in Beijing and my flight leaves at 2:00pm to Bangkok, is my arrival too early for the Summer Palace and Panda layover tour? Also, if I wanted to cut the Summer Palace short and spend more time at the Beijing zoo would it be possible?

According to your layover time, you will have enough time to do this tour. We will pick you up from airport at 6:30am. Since this is a private tour, you can decide to stay longer or shorter time at each attraction.
